Speaker’s Profile & Event Description
Mr Geoffroy de Lassus earned his diploma from the Commercial Institute in Nancy, France before starting an illustrious career in the banking sector. He has worked in various capacities with large organizations like Credit Lyonnais and BNP Paribas. Currently, he heads the ‘Archives and History Group’ for the CIB and Investment Solutions at BNP Paribas. Mr de Lassus has travelled extensively through out the world and has lived in France, Canada, Brazil and South Korea. His last work assignment abroad took him to Mumbai, India in the capacity of Investment Solutions head, where he spent 3 years from 2008-2011 exploring India.
Mr de Lassus and his wife, Olivia have penned down their wonderful experiences in India in the form of a blog called ‘India blognote’, which has had more than 200,000 visitors as of today. Mr de Lassus is fluent in French, English and Portuguese.
Today, he will give us an insight (esp for the younger working populace) on the important things to know and understand while working in France. Welcome Mr Geoffroy de Lassus.
