For this luncheon, we will have the pleasure of welcoming two speakers.

Our first speaker will be Mr. Soumyajyoti Basu from Naval Group, who will speak on:

“India-France Co-operation Landscape in the Naval Defence Domain”

Given the evolving global order, the Indo-Pacific context, and the strategic depth of India-France relations, this presentation will offer our members an opportunity to better understand one of the most significant areas of bilateral cooperation.

We will also welcome Mr. Raj Shah, a visiting entrepreneur from India, who will pay a courtesy visit to IPA and share his views with us. Mr. Shah is the Founder of COSMO Group and Co-Founder of WeHear, Greenomers, and Quantum Stride Ventures. A serial entrepreneur and growth strategist, he has been involved in building scalable enterprises around innovation, health, agriculture, alternative medicine, and assistive technologies.

As IPA continues to position itself as a standalone, pan-Indian, think tank-oriented diaspora platform focusing on soft power, professional exchange, and meaningful dialogue, we earnestly request our members and their guests to join us in good numbers for this important luncheon.

Please note that the luncheon will follow the usual set-menu arrangement negotiated with the restaurant. The menu will include the agreed items only. Any additional food or beverages ordered outside the fixed menu will need to be settled directly with the restaurant by the member or guest concerned.

Kindly also note that we do not have a separate negotiated tariff for children; therefore, children accompanying members or guests will be charged the full meal price.
