Chief Guest and Subject : We are pleased to invite you for the next IPA monthly meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday the 28th September at 7 PM with Mr Jean Louis Bianco as chief guest speaker.
Mr Bianco earned his degrees from the top French educational institutions: Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, IEP (Science-Po) and E.N.A. He has been elected several times to the French parliament, has been a mayor, President of Conseil Général: Alpes de Haute Provence and two times minister in the 90’s. He was appointed as Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République Française while only 39, the youngest ever for that post and worked as the closest advisor to President François Mitterand for 9 years, also a record. Currently, he is the President of Observatoire de la Laïcité and reports to the Prime Minister. He is also a special counsellor to the present Minister of Ecology, Mrs Ségolène Royale.
Mr Bianco has graciously accepted to address IPA audience. He will talk about France (strenghts and weaknesses, relations with India…) as well as his vision about Europe.
