Kavya Vijayananth is a yoga practitioner. She did her certification from SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore and has been teaching Pranayama in France since 2015. We thank Kavya for agreeing to train our members in basic pranayama.
The practice of pranayama has gained importance all over the world. COVID19 mainly attacks the respiratory track. Practice of PRANAYAM (the science of breathing) enhances the capacity and strengthens your lungs and overall well being. Pranayama also helps to bring mental peace and counter stress.
